I’ve noticed Fortuna bakery for a number of my past trips to St. Cloud. After finally stopping in, I was not disappointed one bit. As I’m gluten intolerant, their selection of corn based (gluten free) bakery items are great. All the staff are amazing. Sorian is very customer oriented!

I had a fantastic experience at Fortuna Bakery! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to Sorian, who provided outstanding service—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pastries and excellent customer service!
The bakery is so nice. If you have never been here they make everything homemade. It includes breads,pastries, cookies, sandwiches ect. So much to offer here along with a great service 😀
From outside it doesn't look like much but this place is just as nice as their other locations. I am happy this place opened up here as I enjoy their breakfast. They have amazing pastries and all sorts of coffee options. I saw they had some sort of seasonal drink for the fall but we ended up ordering a fortuncino. It was delicious with oatmilk. I love their spinach and cheese pastry for breakfast.
So delicious the pan de bono and carne empanadas with hot sauce was perfectly hot. The customer service was very attentive, friendly, warming and nice. The food and everything looked appetizing on display. I’d go back all the time they’ve got a regular in me.
Very nice Fortuna Bakery location in St. Cloud. It's a small, cozy shop with delicious pastries and coffee. They have a nice wide selection of sweet treats and also natural juices. The ladies at the counter are really sweet and helpful. Despite being small I like the ambience and the seating is all counter top.
